What can I do for you?

•As your Real Estate Professional I will show you any home that is available regardless of who the listing broker is. I would be happy to accompany you to any private showings, open houses, new construction or available listings at a time that is convenient for you.
•I will save you endless hours of frustration by acting as a clearing house for all the available properties in your market area. I keep my clients informed of ALL properties available, not just properties advertised to the public.
•I will provide you with the most current financial alternatives, information on taxes, insurance, down payment and closing costs.
•You can save time and endless frustration by letting me do the "leg-work" on properties you see advertised. If you see a property advertised, call me and I will get you ALL information available on the
home (including price, how long it’s been on the market, tax information, etc).
•If you are serious about buying a particular home, it is important to price your offer correctly and to make it appealing and reasonable to the seller. I will provide you with "comps" or comparable homes sold in the area for you to base your offer. Also, multiple offer situations are not uncommon in today's market.

A FEW TIPS AND IMPORTANT POINTS TO REMEMBER

•Excellent buys are often made on homes that require a little paint and soap. Sellers will sometimes sacrifice hundreds or thousands of dollars rather than paint a room or clean the garage. A good buyer realizes that "dirty" or "dingy" can be a disguise for an under-priced property. A good cleaning and a few gallons of paint can go a long way toward quickly increasing your equity in a home.
•Your parents, family or friends can contribute to the purchase of your home by way of a gift note. Ask me for details about this procedure.
•Small things can make a big difference. Think about what you like and dislike about your present
home. This can help you determine your wants and needs in your new home.
•IMPORTANT: Save yourself the headaches and anxieties by getting "pre- approved" for your loan. Talk to my lending professional to find out what you can afford before getting too involved with looking at homes. (In today’s market, most home sellers will only consider offers from pre-approved buyers.)
